How do I register for the Liver Life Challenge?

Select the team you wish to join on the Walt Disney World 27th Marathon Weekend Liver Life Challenge team landing page.  This will take you to the appropriate team page.  From there you can click the register button to begin your registration process to join your team of choice. 

I went to register for the Goofy Challenge or Dopey Challenge and it asked me to apply.  What does that mean?

We have a very limited supply of Goofy Challenge and Dopey Challenge spots, so we are asking prospective participants to apply for an entry to those events.  If a spot is available you will be sent a link to register.  However, if a spot is not available you will be notified and added to our waitlist in case a spot becomes available. 

I've never signed up for an event like this before. Are beginners welcome?

Yes!  We welcome athletes of all levels of experience and ability.


What is the fundraising commitment for Liver Life Challenge Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend events?

There are a variety of fundraising commitment levels to choose from dependent on a number of different factors.  To learn more about our fundraising commitment levels click here to request more information and a Liver Life Challenge Staff Team Manager will follow-up with your request.

Once I register, how long do I have to meet my fundraising commitment?

All Liver Life Challenge participants will have until Friday, December 6, 2013 to meet their fundraising commitment.  All participants will be asked to sign a recommitment agreement in mid-October.  Participants can separate from the program with no penalty up until that time.  However, after the agreement has been signed, participants will be responsible for meeting the fundraising commitment by Friday, December 6, 2013, with no exceptions. 

How do I donate to a participant online?

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the Donate button.
  3. Type in the participant’s name in the "Sponsor a Participant" search and click “Search”.
  4. Select the participant’s name from the list.
  5. You will be taken to the participant’s personal fundraising page.  Click the button that says “Sponsor Me”.
  6. Enter in your information and complete the donation process.

As a participant where can I find resources to raise money off-line?

  1. Login to the Participant Center.
  2. At the bottom of the page, you will find a number of links to useful tools that will help you in your fundraising efforts.  You can also contact your Liver Life Challenge Staff Team Manager to help you create a fundraising plan.


What type of training support will I receive for my event?

  1. Each team offers a variety of training support including group practice and local resources. 
  2. Contact your LLC event manager for more information.  

Participant Center

I’m registered.  How do I login to my Participant Center?

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your username and password in the tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the Participant Center link.
  4. You can request your username and password if you have forgotten it.
