- Select “Join A Team”
- Type in the team name or click “Search for a Team” (a list of all team names will come up for that event)
- Click “Join” next to the correct team name
- Complete the registration form
How do I register as an individual walker, not on a team?
- Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Select your event location
- Click “Register as an Individual”
- Fill out the registration form
Making a DonationHow do I make a donation to a registered walker online?
- Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Click the “Donate to a Walker” button
- Type in the participant’s name and click “Find a Walker”
- Select the participant’s name from the list
- You will be taken to the Walkers personal page. Click the button that says “Click here to Sponsor Me”
- Enter your information and complete the donation process
- Print the receipt that is generated following your gift, as this is the only receipt that will be given for gifts of less than $250
**Please Note: All donations must be made to an individual Walker. Gifts can not be made to a team.** How do I add an off-line gift (check/cash) to my personal page thermometer - All off-line donations should be sent to your local chapter office
- Once received the staff will enter the gift into the system and the amount will show on your personal page thermometer
Participant CenterHow do I login to my Participant Center? - Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Click the “Log-in” button
- Type in your username and password (You can request your username and password if you have forgotten it)
- If you are registered for multiple ALF events, you will be prompted to select the Participant Center you wish to access.
How do I personalize my Web page?
- Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Click the “Log-in” button
- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- Click “Click here to open personal page for editing”
- You can upload a photo, edit the text that appears on your personal page, change the style and layout of your Web page, etc.
- Be sure to click “Save my changes” at the top of the page when you are finished
How can I view my progress?
- Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Click the “Log-in” button
- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- Click on the “My Progress” icon
- You will see your donations in the Gift History box.
**Please Note: Offline (cash/check) donations should be sent to your local office to be added to your total and appear in your Gift History** How do I add contacts to my Address Book?
- Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Click on the “Log-in” Button
- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- Click the “Address Book” icon
- If you would like to import your contacts from Outlook or another source, please click “Import Contacts,” select the source you are uploading from and follow the directions
- If you are adding your contacts in yourself, please click “Add Contacts,” enter the required information manually and click “Save or Save and Continue Adding”
How do I send e-mails out to my family/friends?
- Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk
- Click on the “Log-in” button
- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- Click the “E-mail” icon
- Select the e-mail message you want to send out or create your own message
- Add your recipients from your address book
- Click “Send”
**Please Note: Some e-mail service providers detect these messages as Spam and may not be delivered to the recipient. ** How do I send a Thank You to my sponsor?

- Click on the “Log-in” button
- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- Click the “Follow-ups” icon
- Select the names that you would like to send a thank you to
- Click “Send Thank You to Selected” or “Send Thank You to All”
- Select the message you would like to send or create your own message
- Click “Send”
How do I update my personal fund-raising goal?
- Go to www.liverofundation.org/walk
- Click on the “Log-in” button
- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- In the middle of the page, on the right-hand side you can update your personal fund-raising goal
- Enter your new goal and click “Update Fundraising Goal”
**Please Note: The average walker raises about $150.** How do I make my personal page private? - Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk

- Type in your username and password to access the Participant Center
- Click the link located in the middle right hand side that says “Click here to make my campaign PRIVATE.” ( You can make it Public again if you wish)
** Please Note: By making a page PRIVATE donors will not be able to search for your personal page from the “Donate to a Walker” button. The page will only be accessible by providing your page’s URL to a donor.** Team Management (Team Captains ONLY)How can I see who is on my team? - Go to www.liverfoundation.org/walk

- Click the “Team Progress” icon
- On the Team Progress Page, team captains will have the ability to update the team name and goal
