2010 Fitcorp/RFR Saturday Group Runsannette_carolynn

As a member of the Run for Research marathon team, you are automatically registered for the 2010 Fitcorp Marathon Training Program. Fitcorp’s training schedule begins on December 5 and continues each Saturday morning at 8:00 am through training season.  Fitcorp will open at 7:45 am so we recommend you arrive early to stretch and warm up. You are welcome to use their locker rooms and showers after your run.

The marathon training program is a benefit to participating with the Run for Research team.  You will not be responsible for the Fitcorp fee.

Below is the Saturday long run schedule.  When multiple distances are listed, choose the option best for your fitness level.  Contact coach Brian Hamill with questions regarding mileage choices.

Volunteers needed for waterstops

Getting more than 200 runners to the finish line is a huge job. If you or a family member or friend who can help out with waterstops during long runs, please contact the RFR office.

Out-of-Town Team Members

If you do not live in Boston or are not able to attend the group runs, the group run distances are still a good guide for your own training schedule, contact Coach Brian Hamill for more information.
