2009 Patient Match Party
On March 1, 2009, members of the Run for Research® team had an opportunity to meet some of the families participating in our patient match program at Jordan’s Furniture in Reading, MA. Guests of the 4th Annual Patient Match Party were treated to a delicious brunch and the IMAX movie Under the Sea. The event is a chance for runners to reconnect with the person they run in honor of, or for some, meet for the first time.
Thank you to Katie Crowell, our patient match coordinator for planning the beautiful event and Carolynn Purpura who generously donated and baked our delicious cake. We also thank Jordan’s Furniture for again donating the great space to the American Liver Foundation and continue to support the Patient Match Program.
