I've decided to participate in the Liver Life Challenge Mt. Shasta Summit! The Liver Life Challenge has created an opportunity to train for an endurance sport, or in my case, a trip to summit Mt. Shasta, while raising money to support the American Liver Foundation. Every step I take when I climb Mt. Shasta this coming June is a dollar raised towards helping millions of Americans living with liver disease.
I have been improving my rock climbing over the last year tremendously and am excited at the opportunity to take on a mountaineering trek. I hope to make 2014 a big year of rock climbing goals, and the endurance and knowledge I will build through this trip will help me look into mixed terrain climbing. I'll be posting pictures from training and climbs throughout the upcoming months, Check them out!
By making a donation on my behalf, you will be helping the Foundation provide community-based education, research, support, and advocacy related to help prevent and treat liver disease. I'm excited to help a cause such as this while accomplishing a feat of endurance like Shasta. Please help me reach my goal and donate whatever you chose.
Donating is easy! Just click the "Donate" button to get started.
