Mr. Peter Garabet
June 19, 2013 marked the 6th anniversary of my life saving liver transplant. This was a wonderful milestone for me, but there is so much work to be done to insure that others may have the good fortune that I continue to have.
On Sunday, September 29th at Harbor Point in the South End of Stamford, we will be holding the fourth Fairfield County LIVER LIFE WALK sponsored by the American Liver Foundation (ALF). In doing so, we will be taking steps toward ending the plague of liver disease in this country.
We would love to have you join us (the Agabhumi Team and the American Liver Fouindation) in helping to raise money for education, research and services that support people affected by liver disease.
You can support our efforts by making a tax-deductible contribution to the ALF by joining the Agabhumi team

This year I have the honor of being chairman of the Farifield County LIVER LIFE WALK. Last year we raised over $66,000. We expect, with your help, to significantly increase that number thus enabling us to make even bigger strides toward eradicating liver disease.
These walks are important as they support the work of the Liver Foundation which makes contributions to the 30 million individuals in this country with liver disease by providing research, education, advocacy, and support for all of us.
As one who was saved, I envision (and work toward) the day when no one will die awaiting a transplant, and where the scourge of liver disease is held at bay.
Thank you for supporting the Liver Life Walk Fairfield County on September 29, 2013!
The Liver Life Walk is a celebration of my commitment to a world free of liver disease. Please help me make that goal a reality! I support the American Liver Foundation® because it:
