One Step. One Walk. One Future...

…to a future without liver disease. This is the goal the volunteers and staff of the American Liver Foundation® work toward every day. You can join them and make a difference as a participant in the Liver Life Walk®. Your participation will keep us moving forward in the fight against one of America's fastest-growing public health concerns—liver disease.

Event attendees will enjoy a one-mile course around the Downtown Canal at the Ohio Street Basin, live entertainment, Kids Zone, refreshments, Team T-shirt Contest, raffle, and more. 

Form a team and create a custom Team T-shirt. Then, enter a sample of your shirt in the Team T-shirt Contest at the event to win prizes and bragging rights!

There is no registration fee or required fundraising. We encourage walkers to each do what they can. Set a goal, share your story of why you walk with family and friends, and help us reach our goal of raising $27,030 for the American Liver Foundation. Walkers who raise $100 or more will receive the official 2016 National Walk Shirt to commemorate the day. Additional incentive prizes are available for raising $250+. The deadline to qualify is September 20th. 

In honor of the American Liver Foundation’s 40th Anniversary this year, we are offering a new incentive prize. For each $40 that an individual walkers raises by November 18th, that walker will be entered into a national raffle for a chance to win an iPad Air 2. For every $40 you raise, you will gain one entry into the raffle.

Teams that raise $1,500+ by Thursday, July 21st will receive one custom walk route sign. The sign will be placed on the walk course, and it will be yours to take home with you after the event. Teams that raise $2,500+ by Friday, July 29th will receive a team tent at the event. The team tent will provide you with an area for your group to gather, protection from the weather, custom team signage, and private seating.

Walk Kicks Off- 10:15 a.m.
Team Awards- 11:30 a.m.
Raffle Drawing- 11:45 a.m.
Walk Concludes- 12:00 p.m.
