For years, I have run. I've run track. I've run cross country. I've run trails. I've run up hills. I've run down hills. I've run in the suburbs. I've run in the city. I've run in the desert. I've run on the beach. And now I am running to help 30 million Americans who are affected with liver disease.
In April 2013, I am running in the Boston Marathon with the American Liver Foundation's Run for Research team. In addition to training for the marathon, I will be supporting the efforts of the American Liver Foundation.
Take a look at some lesser known facts about liver disease:
Any donation you are able to make will help the Foundation provide community-based education, research, support and advocacy related to help prevent and treat liver disease.
Training for a 26.2-mile race is not nearly as daunting as reaching my fundraising goal of $4,500, but with your help and support you can help me reach my goal and help millions of Americans.
Click the "Sponsor Me" button to get started.
Together we can make a difference and it's as simple as helping me reach my fundraising goal. I truly appreciate your generosity. Hope to see you in Boston!
*Note: If you prefer to be anonymous or donate on behalf/in honor of someone or change your donation name, you can do so in the "recognition" box.
