Event Information
May 17, 2012 City Park Pavilion, Denver 5:00 pm Registration/Check-In 7:00 pm Kick-off and Run Begins 7:05 pm Walk Begins 8:30 pm Closing Ceremony
Walkers: No registration fee. Walkers must fundraise a minimum of $100 to earn the Liver Life Walk & Twilight 5K T-Shirt. Walkers will not be timed. Walkers may not transfer donations to cover runner registration fees. Registration fees must be paid out of pocket.
Runners: $30 pre-event registration fee (through May 11, $35 May 12-17) to cover run timing. Each registered runner will receive $10 in store coupons to Boulder Running Company (Denver Tech Center location) and Max Muscle Sports Nutrition (all Colorado locations). Max Muscle will also provide each runner with a free nutritional consultation and body fat analysis valued at $100. Coupons will be emailed to runners within 24 hours of registration (Monday-Friday beginning January 10). Runners must fundraise another $70 to earn the Liver Life Walk & Twilight 5K T-Shirt.

Where does the event take place?
The event will start and end at the City Park Pavilion. The Twilight
5K and the Liver Life Walk & Twilight 5K will begin just south of
the Pavilion. Registration and Check-In will take place in front of the
City Park Pavilion. In the event of rainy weather, the expo will take
place inside the Pavilion.
Where can I park for the event?
Parking is available along 17th Street and in the neighborhoods just
south of City Park.There will be no parking within the park limits. Handicap accessible parking is available in the lot just north of the Pavilion. Please enter the park from 22nd and Colorado. You must show your handicap pass to the volunteer parking attendant as parking will be limited to vendors and handicap participants.
What time should I arrive?
Registration and check-in will take place from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
There will be plenty of activity to keep your family and friends
entertained before the run and walk begin. Epic Cuisine Food Truck will be selling delicious food in the Pavilion parking lot. The balloon artist and face
painter will prove to you that these activities are no longer just for
children. 95.7 the Party will be onsite to get you pumped up for the run
or walk. Much Kneaded Bodyworks will also be giving away free massages
and all tips will be donated to the American Liver Foundation. The 5K
run begins at 7:00 pm but arrive early for all of the excitement before
the race!
Will there be food available?
Food trucks are all the latest craze, so of course we will have one on site. The Epic Cuisine Food Truck will be serving great items such as mini beef sliders, ground turkey sliders, red quinoa salad, sweet potato,
veggie supreme rolls, lemonade, water and lots more. There will be bagels and fruit available
after the run/walk for all participants. Eldorado Springs has
graciously donated water for the course as well as the pre/post party.
Popchips, LOVE Grown Foods and Deep River Snacks have also donated snacks for the event.
Not enough for you yet? Muscle Milk will also be onsite
handing out free samples. We are so thankful for our amazing donors!
Who can I bring with me?
This is a family and dog-friendly event. Children will love our
balloon artist and our face painter. Dogs are welcome and encouraged to
attend. Friends, family, and coworkers are all invited to attend. There will be event-day registration.
Can I make donations on event day?
Of course!! We will be accepting donations on the day of the event! Remember that if you raise $100, you will earn the Liver Life Walk & Twilight 5K t-shirt. If you have not reached $100 before attending the event, we welcome you to donate the difference on event day to earn this year's shirt.
