Take your dining experience to the next level. At Flavors you’ll do more than just eat the food, you will witness culinary experts craft a meal tableside. This is one dinner that goes above and beyond the usual restaurant fare! Unleash your inner “foodie” and experience a distinct evening of dining while helping to fund the research, education, and advocacy efforts of the American Liver Foundation.

Honoree Spotlight

Ronald Renaud, President and CEO of Idenix Pharmaceuticals

Ron Renaud

Ronald C. Renaud has served as the president and chief executive officer of Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and member of the Idenix board of directors since October 2010. Mr. Renaud joined Idenix in June 2007 as the chief financial officer and served additionally as chief business officer beginning in June 2010. Prior to joining Idenix, Mr. Renaud served as chief financial officer of Keryx Biopharmaceuticals where he was responsible for the strategic planning and development of the finance function to support the company’s growth and its late-stage product candidate development.

Prior to his position at Keryx, he spent several years as a senior biotechnology equity analyst for leading investment banks including Bear Stearns, Schwab SoundView and JP Morgan. Additional industry experience includes Mr. Renaud's more than five years at Amgen Inc., where he held positions in clinical research, investor relations and finance. Mr. Renaud holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH.

Jim Lokay, WCVB Weekend Morning Anchor

Jim Lokay

Jim Lokay co-anchors WCVB NewsCenter 5's EyeOpener on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and appears throughout the week as a reporter.

Since joining the station in 2011, Jim has covered everything from snowstorms to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis. He came to Boston from his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, where he worked as a news anchor, traffic reporter, and host of Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins pregame shows. Before that, he worked for a TV station in Syracuse, NY. 

Actively involved with numerous charities, Jim was the Pittsburgh Liver Life Walk chair for four years, and served on the local ALF board of directors.
